Surf Lesson Waiver and Release of Liability
I fully acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a surf lesson offered by Lunazul Surf School, understanding that surfing is an adventurous and physically demanding sport. I fully recognize and accept that there are inherent risks associated with surfing, including but not limited to:
• Drowning or near-drowning incidents.
• Injury due to wave action, collision with other surfers, surfboards, or other objects.
• Hazardous sea and weather conditions.
• Unpredictable ocean currents.
• Equipment-related accidents.
• Physical exertion and strenuous activity.
I understand that these risks are inherent to the sport and that injuries can occur. I hereby assume full responsibility for my own safety during the surf lesson, acknowledging that my safety is primarily my own responsibility.
I certify that I am physically fit and capable of participating in a surf lesson. I have not been advised against participation by a qualified medical professional. I will adhere to the instructions and guidance provided by the surf instructor.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this surf lesson, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns, release and hold harmless Lunazul Surf School, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, now or in the future, arising out of any injuries or damage that may result from my participation in this surf lesson.
I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its content. I also understand that by signing this waiver, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
